The room and bathroom were spacious and well-appointed. The location was incredibly peaceful, with stunning views of the countryside. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, providing tips on nearby restaurants. The breakfast was absolutely superb, and the owners even accommodated my dietary preferences. The fact that it was a working farm meant there were plenty of animals to see, which added to the charm. Despite being off the beaten track, it was definitely worth the journey.
The WiFi initially had some issues but the owner quickly resolved it. Other than that, there was nothing to dislike about my stay.

I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a B&B in the stunning countryside of Dumfries & Galloway. The warm and welcoming hosts made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The converted farm building I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and had beautiful views of the fields and hills. I even had my own picnic table outside, perfect for enjoying a peaceful dinner.
Although I didn't have a dog, I noticed that the B&B is incredibly pet-friendly, with safe dog walking options nearby. For those who love animals, there were plenty to see on the farm, including friendly farm dogs.

The farm experience was amazing! Being able to roam freely and see all the animals was a highlight. The owners were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. The family room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs. Additionally, the full breakfast served was absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day.
There were a few minor things that could have been improved. The TV screen could have been bigger and it would have been nice to have a mini fridge with real milk.

The place was spacious and had beautiful views. The hosts were accommodating and provided essentials like towels and linen. The cooking equipment was available and the internet access was good. The location offered lovely walks and was dog-friendly.
The surrounding roads were difficult to navigate at night and had potholes. there were sometimes big rocks and branches of trees in the middle of the road, so caution was necessary.

The location of this countryside B&B was stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside and offering breathtaking views. The warm and welcoming hosts made our stay very enjoyable and made sure we had everything we needed. the spacious rooms were spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The weather during our stay was quite cold which made it difficult for the owners to show us around their farm. the heavy rain turned the surrounding area into a muddy mess, which made it difficult to explore the grounds.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the welcoming atmosphere and privacy of the accommodation. The converted farm building had plenty of space with a large bed, chairs, and a table/desk. The views of the fields and hills were beautiful. The option to bring dogs was a plus, and even though we didn't have one, there was no hint of any pet odors in the room. The picnic table outside was a great spot to enjoy a meal. The breakfast cooked by the owner was one of the best and most satisfying we've ever had.
Felt like a true getaway, no reason to complain.

The location of the accommodation is in a peaceful and serene area, providing a relaxing atmosphere for families. Guests have mentioned the opportunity to see and interact with various animals on the farm, creating a unique and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the hosts are friendly and informative, offering suggestions on nearby attractions and activities.
The remote location of the accommodation may make it difficult to access, and the roads leading to it are described as fairly bad and narrow.
